My Gallery or Upload Window Has Expired/Closed — Can I Extend It?

Yes, if your event is expiring soon, you can purchase an extension to your gallery! This will allow you to continue collecting memories and continue to access and view your gallery.

If your event has an ‘Expiring soon’ or ‘Expired’ status, you can easily extend your gallery by logging into your host dashboard. Once logged in, you’ll see the option to “Extend plan”, which will guide you through to checkout and allow you to purchase the extension. We will send you an email notification when your event is nearing expiration.
