How can I set up my slideshow for my memorial service?

Once you log into your host dashboard, click "View," then, at the top of the page, go to "Actions + Slideshow," which will open in a new tab. For the best experience, we recommend using Google Chrome. You can enable the "Live Refresh" feature, which automatically updates the slideshow with new photos and videos without needing a manual refresh—just be sure to click "Save" afterward!

We also offer a guestbook feature, allowing both hosts and guests to leave written or video messages. This is a wonderful way for those who can't attend to share their condolences, a cherished memory, or a heartfelt message. These video messages can be included in the live slideshow, adding a personal touch to the event’s gallery.

Another great feature is the ability to "star" your favorite images and videos, which allows you to customize the slideshow and highlight only the content you want to feature.

To connect to a screen, you have three options:

  1. Use a laptop connected via HDMI to a projector or screen.
  2. Cast directly from your device or laptop to a screen using Google Chromecast.
  3. Use screen mirroring software from your device to the display.

For the best performance, ensure you have a stable internet connection. Once images load, they’re cached, but new ones still need to be downloaded in full resolution. If you need assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out!
