What Is a Digital Invitation on GUESTPIX and How Does It Work?
A GUESTPIX Digital Invitation is a personalized event invitation you can share with guests online. It combines your event details with an RSVP form, so guests can confirm attendance, share dietary requirements, and more - all in one place, and without needing to download an app.
You will first need to enable to digital invitation from your event settings area, from here you can select into the Invitation menu bar —> Manage Invitation. You can then create your personalized invitation and also switch on the option to allow your guests to RSVP through the invite.
What can guests do with a Digital Invitation?
When a guest receives your invitation link, they can:
- Confirm their attendance with an RSVP status (Attending, Declining, or Maybe)
- Add dietary requirements
- Share a song request (available for weddings and parties)
- Indicate how many additional guests they are bringing
- Leave a comment or message for the host
How do I share my Digital Invitation?
Your Digital Invitation is shared via a link or QR code - the same Magic link/QR code guests use to access your photo gallery. You can send it by text, email, WhatsApp, or include it on your event website or digital invite.
Does GUESTPIX send the invitations for me?
No. GUESTPIX does not send invitations to your guests on your behalf. You share the invitation link yourself through your preferred communication channel.
Can I manage RSVPs on behalf of guests?
Yes. From your host dashboard you can add guests manually, update their RSVP status, and manage responses on behalf of anyone who needs help submitting theirs.
