How to Use Your Free Canva QR Code Templates

How to access your templates

1. Log in to your host dashboard at my.guestpix.com
2. Navigate to the Useful Resources and click on "View our Templates"
3. Click through to open the full template collection in Canva
4. Browse and select the design that suits your event

How to add your QR code to a template

1. Download your QR code from your host dashboard (see "How to Set Up and Download Your GUESTPIX QR Code")
2. Open your chosen Canva template
3. Click the QR code placeholder in the template
4. Upload your QR code image and drop it into the placeholder
5. Resize if needed, then download and print or share digitally

Printing tips

• Table cards print well at A6 (postcard) size
