I Purchased GUESTPIX as a Gift: How Do I Transfer It?

Purchasing a GUESTPIX event gallery as a gift is a lovely idea, and getting it into the recipient's hands is straightforward. Depending on how the purchase was set up there are three ways to transfer the gallery, and our team can help with any of them. This article walks through each option so the recipient can get their gallery up and running as quickly as possible.

Option 1: Gallery transfer If you set the gallery up using your own email address, contact us at customercare@guestpix.com with the recipient's name and email address and we will transfer the gallery across to them.

Option 2: Onboarding link forwarded to the recipient If you purchased but did not complete the setup, check your inbox for the GUESTPIX onboarding email. Forward that email directly to the recipient and they can set up the gallery in their own name.

Option 3: Add the recipient as a co-host If you would like to stay involved in managing the gallery, add the recipient as a co-host (see "How to Add a Co-Host to Your GUESTPIX Event Gallery"). This gives them full access while the account stays in your name.
