How to Navigate Your GUESTPIX Host Dashboard

Once you have completed your setup, your GUESTPIX host dashboard area is where you manage everything from gallery settings to downloading your photos.

The Manage Event screen

After completing your onboarding you will land on the Manage Event screen. This is your event summary page and the central hub for your gallery. From here you can see a snapshot of your event, access all key features, and navigate to your settings.

You can return to Manage Event at any time by selecting it from the navigation bar while viewing your gallery.

Your main host dashboard

Your main host dashboard is at my.guestpix.com and shows all your events and packages. To navigate back to the main dashboard from within a gallery, go to the main menu and select Event Packages > Your Packages.

Key navigation areas explained

Manage Event — your event summary and quick access to all settings
Manage Media — view, organize, approve, or remove photos and videos. Now defaults to card view
Design Templates — access our free Canva templates to display your QR code at your event
Themes — customize your gallery colors and fonts, found in secondary navigation
Export — generate and download your ZIP file of all event content
