How to Add a Welcome Message and Welcome Video to Your GUESTPIX Gallery

You can personalize your GUESTPIX gallery with a welcome message and a welcome video for your guests. These appear when guests first access your gallery, giving it a personal touch before they start uploading. 

How to add a welcome message 

1. Log in at my.guestpix.com and open your event 
2. Go to your Manage Event screen 
3. Select Event Settings or the Edit Event option 
4. Find the Welcome Message field and type your message 
5. Save your changes 

Many hosts use it to greet their guests, let them know what to upload, or share a fun prompt like "upload your best moment from the night!" 

How to add a welcome video

1. From your Manage Event screen, go to Event Settings 
2. Find the Welcome Video option 
3. Upload your video file from your device 

Tips for your welcome content 

• Keep your welcome message short and warm - one or two sentences is enough 
• Welcome videos work best when they are under 60 seconds 
• Use the welcome message to encourage guests to upload - the more prompting you do, the more content you will receive 
• You can update your welcome message or video at any time before or during your event
