My QR Code Isn't Working?

If your GUESTPIX QR code isn't scanning or directing guests to your gallery, try the following:

  1. Ensure the QR code is printed clearly and large enough to scan - blurry or very small prints can sometimes cause issues when scanning.
  2. Test it with multiple devices to rule out a device-specific issue.
  3. Check your event settings to make sure “Allow guests to upload to the gallery” is turned on. This setting is enabled by default, but it may have been accidentally switched off if any changes were made while you have adjusted any of your event settings.
  4. Check your gallery is active and within your event's upload window. Depending what package you have purchased they come with either a 3-month or 12-month upload window that begins from your event date.
  5. Try sharing your Magic Link as an alternative - guests can access your gallery directly from this link without needing to scan a code.

Important note: Please ensure you are only using the QR code provided within your host dashboard area. It is always a good idea to scan your printed materials before the event day to make sure everything works as normal.
