I Just Purchased - What Do I Do Next?


Thank you for your purchase! After purchases  you will receive a welcome email with a link to set up your account and event gallery. The whole process takes about two minutes.


Step 1 — Check your inbox

Look for a welcome email from GUESTPIX sent to the email address you used at checkout. It will arrive within a few minutes of purchase. If you do not see it, check your junk or spam folder.


If the email has not arrived after 10 minutes, reach out to the team at customercare@guestpix.com and the team will forward you the link so you can get started. .


Inside the welcome email there is a link to complete your onboarding. Click it to create your account and enter your event details. You will be asked for:

•       Your event name

•       Your event date

•       Your event location (optional)


This takes about two minutes and only needs to be done once.


Step 3 — You are taken to your host dashboard

Once onboarding is complete, you land in your host dashboard. This is your admin area where you can manage everything. From here you manage your settings as well as:

•       Find and download your QR code

•       Copy your Magic Link to share with guests

•       Set up albums to organize your photos by moment

•       Customize your gallery colors & themes ( depending on package)

•       Access your Canva design templates

•       Set up your digital invitation and RSVP (optional)

•       Add co-hosts

•       Turn the slideshow on or off


Step 4 — Set up your QR code and share it

Your QR code is automatically generated and ready in your dashboard. Download it and add it to your printed table cards, signage, or invitations using the 180+ free Canva templates included with your purchase.

Please ensure you only use the QR code provided and copy the link from the dashboard and not via the browser url to ensure your guests are able to access your gallery without issue.


Your gallery goes live two weeks before your event date so you have time to test your QR code and make sure everything looks right before the day.
