Is it a trial?

No. The free plan is a standalone product, not a time-limited trial. Your gallery stays active for your event and for 37 days afterwards. After 37 days your gallery expires and is permanently deleted at 90 days post-event unless you upgrade or extend.

How long does the free gallery last?

Your gallery is live from the moment you create it

It remains fully active through your event date and for 30 days afterwards
At 30 days post-event you will receive a warning that your gallery is expiring soon
At 37 days post-event the gallery expires. You can still see your dashboard but cannot view or edit photos
At 90 days post-event all photos and data are permanently deleted

How do I upgrade to unlock more features?

You can upgrade at any time from your host dashboard. Look for the 'Upgrade Now' button in the banner at the top of your host dashboard or in the main menu. Upgrading unlocks unlimited photos, videos, albums, custom design themes, and more, depending on the package you choose.
