What Happens When My Free Event Expires? 

Free GUESTPIX events are active for 37 days from the date of your event. When your event reaches expiry, you have a couple of options.  

You can upgrade your event at any time, via your host dashboard.

You can download your ZIP file and delete your data if you are finished with your gallery.

Please note, your content will be deleted 90 days after your event.

All photos, videos, and event data are permanently and irreversibly deleted. This cannot be undone and there is no way to recover content after this point.

Will I get a warning before deletion? 

Yes. You will receive a deletion warning email 7 days before your photos are permanently deleted.

Can I recover my photos after deletion? 

No. Once photos are permanently deleted at 90 days post-event, they cannot be recovered under any circumstances. GUESTPIX support cannot restore deleted content. If you want to keep your photos, download your ZIP file before the 90-day mark. 

How do I download my photos before they are deleted? 

Log in to your host dashboard at my.guestpix.com and go to the Download section. Generate your ZIP file and save it to your device. The download remains available until your event reaches permanent deletion at 90 days. 

How do I prevent my event from being deleted? 

You can upgrade to a paid package - upgrading restores full access to your gallery, unlocks additional features and removes all content limits immediately.
