Can guests view the gallery in real time during the event?

Yes! In cases where videos are very large in size, they may take a few minutes before the are displayed in the gallery while we backup the original file and create a faster version of the video to playback in the scrolling gallery.

As the host, you can toggle your gallery to allow all guests to see uploaded photos/videos, or you have the option to hide uploads from other guests. This is where each guest can only see their uploaded content (but you can still see everything). Occasionally we find hosts use the hidden option depending on the purpose and the event. If you have purchased a Large or XL package and have Albums on your account, you can also choose to hide certain Albums from your guests.

You can change these settings at any time so it can work for your specific event needs.
