Do Guests Need an Internet Connection to Upload?

Yes. The only way to upload photos, videos and guestbook messages is through an internet connection whether that is via WIFI or mobile data. For very large photos or videos, guests will need a strong internet connection due to the large nature of these files. 

However, if there is no internet available or weak internet in your event location, don't stress! Guests have a 3-month or 12-month upload window from the event date (depending on what package you purchased).

We recommend providing guests some mini take-home cards so they can continue to upload after the event ends. Alternatively, you can always share your Magic link digitally with them afterwards (via e-mail, text message, social media, wedding website etc.). The Magic link is found in your dashboard area.
