Do guests need an internet connection to upload to the gallery?

Yes. The only way to upload photos, videos and guestbook messages is through an internet connection. For very large photos or videos, guests will need a strong internet connection due to the large nature of these files. 

However, if there is no internet available or weak internet in your event location, don't stress! Guests have a 3-month upload window from the event date (Small & Medium galleries), and a 12-month upload window from the account start date (Large & XL packages).

Guests can upload via the QR code, or hosts can share the gallery / Album URL found in their host dashboard.
