What is your privacy policy? / Are all my photos + videos safe?
We take privacy, cyber security, and data protection very seriously at GUESTPIX.
With regards to privacy, data, and ownership, as per the terms below, the guest and host own the IP for all content uploaded. GUESTPIX is granted a license -we need this so we can display these photos/videos within the private gallery for guests, should the host choose for guests to view them.
We never use your private content for our own purposes without contacting the owner of the image(and the event host) for expressed permission. We aren't in the business of selling customer data or content. Our business is built on providing a platform for people to collect memories from their most important events.
