Can a host approve photos / videos before sharing?

We don't yet have a specific function built into our platform for hosts to approve photos before they are displayed.

In saying that, a host can choose to display the whole gallery to guests or hide the gallery from your guests and interchange between the two at any time. To select this setting, simply login to your host dashboard and on the right side of the event, click 'View event dashboard' . From here select into the Manage dropdown menu —> Manage Settings. From there, you'll be able to toggle on/off 'allow guests to the view the gallery' setting.

This means that you could switch photo sharing off initially while your guests are uploading, so that they will only be able to see photos that they themselves have uploaded. As the host, you can delete any photos / videos at any time, and then switch photo sharing back on so that guests can view the entire approved gallery.

If you have purchased a package that includes Albums, you can also change the privacy settings to hide certain Albums. This means guests can only view this private album's content if they are shared that private album's QR code.
