Can I Approve Photos First Before Sharing?

As the host, you have full control over what guests can view in your gallery. All visibility settings are managed from your Event Dashboard.

To access these settings, log in and navigate to your Event Summary page, then go to Manage → Manage Settings → Event Settings.

Main Gallery Visibility

You can choose to show or hide the main gallery from guests at any time using the 'Allow guests to view the gallery' toggle. When this is turned off, guests can still upload content but will only be able to see what they themselves have uploaded — not photos or videos from other guests. You can switch this on or off at any time, even after your event.

This means you could keep the gallery hidden while guests are uploading, review and delete any content as needed, and then switch sharing back on so guests can view the full approved gallery.

Album Privacy (Albums packages)

If your package includes Albums, you can also set individual albums to Private. Private albums are hidden from the main gallery view and can only be accessed by guests who are shared that album's specific QR code or Magic Link.
