Can a host approve photos / videos before sharing?

We don't yet have a specific function built into our platform for hosts to approve photos before they are displayed.

In saying that, a host can choose to display the whole gallery to guests or hide the gallery from your guests and interchange between the two at any time. To select this setting, simply login to your host dashboard and navigate to "Set Up + Settings". From there, you'll be able to toggle photo sharing on/off with guests.

This means that you could switch photo sharing off initially while your guests are uploading, so that they will only be able to see photos that they have uploaded. As the host, you can delete any photos / videos at any time, and then switch photo sharing back on so that guests can view the entire approved gallery.

If you have purchased a Large or XL package, you can also change the privacy settings to hide certain Albums by navigating to “Your Event + Albums.” You can then select "Edit" then "Privacy" on each Album.
