My login is not working, and I have not received a ‘forgot password’ email.

Firstly, we recommend selecting the "forgot your password" link on the login page here. This should send an email to reset your password - this will be sent to your registered email ( the one used at purchase), but it may be worthwhile to check your spam box in case it lands in there.

If you do not receive an email from us to reset your password, it may mean that your email is incorrect. You may have purchased under a different email address, or there may be a typo in the original email preventing you from logging in. If you have checked this and you are still unable to login in, please email us at customercare@guestpix.com with the name and date of your event and we can find your email for you!
