My login is not working, and I am not receiving a ‘forgot password’ email.

Firstly, we recommend selecting the "forgot your password" link on the login page here. This should send you a reset password to your registered email, but it may be worthwhile to check your spam box in case it lands in there.

If you are not receiving an email from us to reset your password, that might mean that your email is incorrect. You may have signed up with a completely different address or there may even be a small typo in the original email you signed up with that is preventing you from logging in. If you have tried all your different emails and none of them are working, please feel free to email us at customercare@guestpix.com with the name and date of your event and we can find your email for you!
