I Can't Login To My Account? How to Recover Your Account
If you are having trouble logging in to your GUESTPIX account, that's no problem we are happy to help. This is the most common thing we help with and it is almost always a quick fix!
Check which email address you used
Your GUESTPIX account is linked to the email address you used at checkout. If you are not sure which one that is, search your inbox for a purchase confirmation from GUESTPIX. That email will show the correct address.
Reset your password
- Go to my.guestpix.com
- Click Forgot Password
- Enter the email address linked to your account
- Check your inbox for a password reset email and follow the link
If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
Your account may be temporarily locked
After several unsuccessful login attempts, your account may be temporarily locked for security reasons. This usually resolves on its own after a short wait. If you are still locked out, contact us at customercare@guestpix.com and we can unlock it for you straight away. If you do try again after waiting and the error message still shows, it is a good idea to reset your password.
You may not have completed your account setup
If you purchased recently and cannot log in at all, your account setup may not have been fully completed. Check your inbox for an onboarding email from GUESTPIX. This contains a link to finish setting up your account.
