My login is not working, and I have not received a ‘forgot password’ email.

If you are experiencing an issue logging into your account, we recommend checking if you are using the original GUESTPIX account email address. Perhaps there is a typo in the email preventing you from logging in. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset by selecting the "forgot your password" link on the login page here.

This will send an email to reset your password - this will be sent to your registered email ( the one used at purchase), please check your spam box in case it lands in there.


If you do not receive an email from us to reset your password, it may mean that your email is incorrect, or you may have been temporarily locked out of your account from attempting to login too many times unsuccessfully.


To troubleshot, please wait 10 minutes and then follow the procedure to force logout of your account. Once you have forced the logout, we recommend attempting to login or request to reset your password again.
