What are Albums?
Albums is one of our most exciting features which allows hosts to segment the content of their event or multiple events whilst keeping everything in the one space!
We have 3 Albums packages that have a 12-month upload and hosting window. These are:
- Large package: This includes 3 albums and covers up to 250 guests.
- X-Large package: This includes 6 albums and covers up to 500 guests.
- Festival: These are for events in excess of 500 guests. Please drop us an email to customercare@guestpix.com We’d love to tailor a package for you.
In a wedding scenario, many hosts use them to segment their "bridal shower", "rehearsal dinner" and "wedding", while others simply prefer to have them segmented by moments such as "wedding day" and "professional photos".
For Albums packages, we provide you with a Master QR code and URL in case you would like all guests to navigate across all your albums.
For a more specific event album, you can choose to set individual privacy settings to cater for the different events you may be having. All of the privacy settings are listed below:
- Public: This album can be viewed by any guest with the Master QR code/ Magic link, or an adjacent album QR code.
- Private: This album is only visible to a guest that has scanned this album QR code or used its Magic link. Other guests will not be able to see this album at all and will not know that it exists.
- Protected: This album can be viewed by any guest with the parent QR code or an adjacent album QR code, but it will appear with a 'lock' symbol and will require a passcode to access. This passcode is set by the host of the account.
