Can my gallery open/go LIVE early?

Absolutely! We appreciate different occasions have different needs and that you may need to collect photos and videos in advance of your event date. In that case, we're more than happy to assist by opening your gallery early.

Please note that opening your gallery early will not affect your 3-month upload window or 12-month hosting window on single galleries or your 12-month hosting and upload window on Album packages. These both begin from the date of your first event.
