Can my gallery open/go LIVE early?

Absolutely! We appreciate different occasions have different needs and that you may need to collect photos and videos in advance of your event date. In that case, we're more than happy to assist by opening your gallery early.

Please note that opening your gallery early will not affect your guest upload window (3 months - Small & Medium galleries, 12 months - Large & XL packages) or 12-month hosting window. These both begin from the date of your event.
