Does Each Album Have a QR Code?

Each album will have its own QR Code/ link should you wish to use them. This feature will be most helpful if all albums are kept private, as it will ensure a guest will only be able to access that specific album that the QR code links to, rather than being able to navigate to any album.

Additionally, we provide you with a Master QR code and Magic link that allows guests access to navigate and upload to the main gallery (this is where all your content is in one place including your public albums).

If you’d like your guests to navigate across and upload to different albums in the main gallery, you’ll need to set the Albums privacy setting to “Public”. Alternatively, if there’s an Album you wish to keep hidden from guests, you’d set the privacy setting to “Private” or “Protected”.

It is up to you whether you choose to use different QR codes for your different events, or just the one Master QR Code depending on who you’d like to have access and the type of event/s content you’re collecting.
