Can I collect photos + videos before my event date?

Yes! We automatically set all galleries to LIVE status 2-weeks prior to the event date as a bonus window of time to try a test upload, test your QR code and become familiar with all the features of your LIVE gallery before the event date.

This means if you have a Small or Medium-sized gallery, you're able to receive uploads from 2-weeks before the selected event date until 3-months after the event. If you have a Large or XL-sized account, you'll be able to receive uploads from 2-weeks before the selected event date until 12-months after the account start date or the date of your first album.
