Can I delete my account/gallery permanently?

Currently, there is no feature which allows hosts to delete their entire gallery on their own. In saying that, our engineering team can definitely assist by deleting your account on your behalf if that is what you would like.

If you would like to delete your gallery entirely, please feel free to send us an email at customercare@guestpix.com and be sure to confirm that you have downloaded all of your photos and videos.

This action will delete all of your content from our servers and, although you'll still be able to login, you will only be able to see an event archive summary.
