What is The GUESTPIX Guestbook? Written and Video Messages

The written guestbook is available in all of our GUESTPIX gallery packages, while the video guestbook is exclusive to our Medium, Large, and X-Large galleries and across all Wedding and Business packages. This feature allows hosts and guests to add a written guestbook message, or they can choose to record a video message in the moment.

What’s it for?

The guestbook is a great way for guests, who are not able to attend the event, to send their well-wishes, share a fun memory or just simply write a personalized message to the host. Guests can either leave a written or video guestbook message.

How can I include it in my event?

For some events, the video guestbook can be incorporated into fun activities or games. For example, guests of a wedding could be encouraged to offer their best piece of advice to the couple, or family members on a holiday could be prompted to share their favorite memory of the trip. For a bachelorette, guests may be prompted to record their funniest moment with the bride-to-be from the night – the possibilities are limitless.

Privacy options

The content collected in the guestbook can be made private so the content is hidden from the guests and only visible to the host, or the host can choose to have the entire guestbook available for all the guests to view.

As the event host, you have the ability to download all your guestbook messages and this will be included in your ZIP download.
