Can I add a co-host or transfer my gallery to someone else?

Yes, if you have purchased GUESTPIX for someone else, you are more than welcome to transfer full ownership of the gallery to them. First, you must add them as a 'co-host' before you can completely transfer ownership to them.

To do this;

1. Log in to your Host Dashboard here: https://my.guestpix.com/Identity/Account/Login
2. Navigate to the "More" dropdown menu (next to your event on the right) and select "Edit".
3. On the left-hand side menu, click on "Manage Co-Hosts".
4. Here, you can select 'Add User' and enter their name and e-mail address.
5. Once added, your co-host(s) will receive an Event Access Invitation via email. They'll be prompted to create a password, after which they can login and access the event.
6. If you wish to completely transfer ownership of the account over to this co-host, you must navigate back to the Manage co-host settings page and next to the co-host you can select 'transfer ownership'. You will only be able to do this once they have accepted the event access invitation.
