I Haven't Received My GUESTPIX Setup Email

After purchasing a GUESTPIX package, you will receive an onboarding email with a link to set up your event gallery. If it has not arrived, here is what to check. 

Check your spam or junk folder 

Our onboarding email is sometimes filtered as spam. Search your inbox for "GUESTPIX" or check your spam, junk, or promotions folder. To note, sometimes it can take a few minutes to land in your inbox.

Check you used the correct email address 

Your onboarding email is sent to the address you entered at checkout. If you have multiple email addresses, check them all. Your purchase confirmation will show which address was used. 

Request a new setup email 

If you still cannot find it, contact us at customercare@guestpix.com with the email address you used to purchase and we will resend your setup link straight away. 

GUESTPIX for Business customers 

If you purchased a Silver, Gold, or Platinum business package and have not received your onboarding email, please contact us directly. Business account setup works slightly differently and we will guide you through it personally.
