Can I Collect Extra Information From Guests When They RSVP?

Yes. Beyond a basic yes or no, Guestpix lets you collect a range of useful information from guests when they RSVP. 

What information can guests provide? 

In addition to their RSVP status, guests can optionally share: 

• Dietary requirements — useful for catering and event planning 
• Song requests — available for weddings and parties, so you can share the list with your DJ or band 
• Additional guest count — guests can indicate how many people they are bringing with them 
• A personal message or comment — guests can leave a note for the host 

Are these fields mandatory? 

No. All additional fields are optional. Only name, email, and RSVP status are required when a guest submits their response. 

Where do I see the information guests provide? 

All responses are visible in the Invitations section of your host dashboard. You can review each guest's details individually, and the information is stored there for the duration of your subscription or event.
