Will I Receive Full Resolution Photos When I Download?

Yes absolutely you will receive the original, full-resolution files when downloading your content. If metadata was included in the uploaded file, we leave this in place and available for the host. We don’t compress or alter the quality of your photos and videos. The live gallery displays a compressed thumbnail version of photos and videos for a faster viewing experience.

When you download your ZIP file after your event - it will include all photos, videos and guestbook messages in folders ordered by guest name so you can clearly attribute (and thank!) your guests accordingly.
