How do I download all my photos + videos at once? / How to generate and download my ZIP file?

Instead of downloading your photos + videos individually, you can download your entire gallery into a ZIP file. The ZIP file contains all your original quality photos/videos along with any guestbook messages in a CSV file. 

To generate your ZIP file, you will need to first login to your host dashboard here: https://my.guestpix.com/Identity/Account/Login

From here, you will need to scroll down to and select "Download Zip". This will generate the file for you and may take up to an hour depending on the size of your gallery.

Once the creation of your file has completed, you will receive an email from us letting you know that it is ready for download with a link to your ZIP.
