How to Download All Your Event Photos & Videos
Instead of downloading your photos + videos individually, you can download your entire gallery into a ZIP file. The ZIP file contains all your original quality photos/videos along with any guestbook messages in a CSV file.
- Log in to your host dashboard at my.guestpix.com
- Navigate to the "Export" section. You will see a "Generate ZIP" option under quick links.
- Click "Generate" to start creating your file
- Depending on the size of your gallery this can take up to an hour. We will send you an email as soon as your download is ready.

Click the download link in that email to save your ZIP file to your device
What is included in your download
- All photos and videos in their original full resolution
- Content organized into folders by guest name
- A separate CSV file containing all guestbook messages
Tips for downloading
- Check you have enough storage space before downloading. A gallery with lots of video content can be several gigabytes.
- Download to a computer rather than a phone for easier file management
- Back up your ZIP immediately to an external hard drive or cloud storage such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or iCloud
- Download before your hosting period ends. We will send you a reminder but try not to leave it to the last minute.
