Some of my guests didn't upload their photos on the day of the event

That is no problem, we find many guests will upload in the days, weeks or months after the actual event day. For our Small/Medium/ Classic packages, guests will have up to 3 months after the event date to contribute their photos and content. For Large/XL/Signature/Luxe & Business packages, guests will have 12-months from the event date to upload. You and your guests will have 12-months to view and access the gallery from the first event/album date or you can extend for a small fee at the end of the 12-months.

Guests can add their media by either using the QR code or the Magic link URL to upload content. You can send this to guests simply by email, SMS or whichever clickable method you prefer.

TIP: Add the QR code and/or Magic link to your invitations or mini take home cards. That way they should still have it the following days after the event!
