How long is the upload window for guests?

For Small and Medium galleries, guests have 3-months from the date of the event to upload photos, messages and videos (if in the package).

For Large and XL packages with Albums, guests will have 12 months from the start date of the host account to upload and view. Should a host wish to extend their upload and hosting window, they can extend for another 12 months for a small fee at the end of the hosting period. For events that occurred in the past, the 3-month upload window begins when the host chooses for the event gallery to go LIVE.
