What Is the Maximum Photo and Video File Size for Uploads?

The maximum file size that can be uploaded at one time by an individual guest is about 4GB or 100 files at the one time. The 4GB limit also applies to the total size of any single batch upload to the gallery which can include a mix of photos and videos.

If you are uploading hundreds of photos at the one time, we would recommend to upload the photos in a couple of batches. This will also help with the upload speed.

If you're selecting a batch upload on an iOS device, you should see the total file size calculating at the bottom of the screen once you've pressed the "Add" button once. Please note, on occasions there can be a short delay of up to a second per photo, or up to 3 seconds per video after pressing the "Add" button.
