What browser should I use to open my gallery/magic link?

We recommend guests use Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox or any preferred mainstream browser so they are not prompted for the PIN and ensure they have the best viewing experience.

If guests are trying to share the gallery URL with someone else, or if they are trying to access it in incognito browsing mode or via Facebook or Instagram browsers, they will be blocked from entering the gallery without the PIN.

As a security measure, all galleries are PIN-protected to stop any non-guests trying to access your private gallery. If your guests are scanning your GUESTPIX QR code or using your Magic link URL, they will not be prompted for a PIN.
