How to Use GUESTPIX Design Templates to Display Your QR Code
GUESTPIX provides free professionally designed Canva templates to help you display your QR code at your event. They are fully editable so you can match them to your event style.
Where to find Design Templates
- Log in to your host dashboard at my.guestpix.com
- Open your event
- Select Design Templates from the navigation menu under the Media dropdown menu
How to add your QR code to a template
- Choose a template that suits your event
- Open it in Canva — you will need a free Canva account if you do not already have one
- Copy/download your unique QR code from your GUESTPIX host dashboard
- Paste or upload your QR code into the designated area in the template
- Customize the text, colors, and design to match your event
- Download and print, or save digitally to share with guests
Tips for displaying your QR code
- Print at A5 or A4 size so guests can scan it easily from a distance
- Place signs in high-traffic areas such as the entrance, bar, or table settings
- For outdoor events, laminate your printed sign to protect it
