Some Guests are Having Difficulty Uploading. What Should I Do?

There are a few reasons a guest may experience an upload issue. The most common ones are below:

  1. They need a good quality internet connection due to the large nature of photo and video files.
  2. Uploads of a single size file (or a batch upload) cannot exceed 4GB. If so, try uploading in smaller batches.
  3. Ensure they are not using Facebook/Instagram or incognito browsers. We recommend using a normal browser like Chrome, Edge, Safari etc.
  4. As GUESTPIX is a web-based platform, it only works if you have a good internet connection whether that is via WIFI or mobile data. If your venue has weak internet/WIFI, no stress as our packages come with either a 3-month/12-month upload window so they have plenty of time afterwards to keep uploading content.
