How Long Is the Upload Window?

It all depends what package you purchase - they either come with a 3-month or a 12-month upload window. The uploading window begins from your event date onwards (not your purchase date).

Our packages with Albums (Signature/Luxe/Large/XL & Business packages) provide hosts with 12-months of uploads and hosting which begin from the date of your first event (not your purchase date). You always have the option to extend your upload window at the end of the uploading window if you wish to keep receiving more uploads.

Just to note, all our galleries go LIVE (become available to uploads) 2-weeks prior as some extra bonus time to test your QR code and upload, and guests will then have 12-months to upload photos, messages and videos to any of your Albums.

For Small, Medium & Classic packages with one single gallery and no albums, hosts will have a 3 month upload window from the selected event date, and a 12-month hosting window to continue viewing and downloading the content.
