How long do I have to upload to each Album?

Your account provides you with 12 months of uploads and hosting from the date of your first event (not the purchase date).

Your account will go LIVE 2 weeks prior to your first event date as a bonus window of time to test it all, and become familiar with it in advance.

Guests will have 12-months from the go LIVE date to upload photos, messages and videos to your Albums.

At any time during this window, you’ll be able to download your full resolution zip file and we’ll send you few reminders to ensure your content has been downloaded. After this time, you can choose to extend for a small fee at the end of the 12 months if you’d like us to continue hosting it or if you’d like to extend your upload window further.
