How to Change the E-mail Address on your GUESTPIX Account

If you need to update the email address on your GUESTPIX account, our customer care team can do this for you. Because your email is linked to your purchase and payment, this change cannot be made from within your dashboard area.

To request an email change, email us at customercare@guestpix.com with: 

  • The email address currently on your account 
  • The new email address you would like to use 

We will update it and confirm once done. All future communications including your gallery access will then go to your new address.
