How guests RSVP
- You share your invitation link/QR code with guests via text, email, or WhatsApp
- Guests click the link and land on your event invitation page
- They enter their name, email address, and RSVP status
- They can optionally add dietary requirements, a song request, additional guest numbers, or a message
- They submit - and their response is recorded in your host dashboard instantly
Guests do not need to download an app or create an account to RSVP.
How to view your RSVP responses
All guest responses can be viewed from your host dashboard under the Invitations section of your event. You can see each guest's name, RSVP status, dietary requirements, and any other details they submitted.
Managing RSVPs on behalf of guests
If a guest is having trouble submitting their RSVP, you can add or update their details directly from your host dashboard. Go to Invitations, select Add Guest, and enter their details manually.
What if a guest needs to update their RSVP?
Guests can edit their RSVP by clicking the invitation link again. If they are accessing it from a different device or browser, they can select the option to look up their existing response and receive a one-time access link via email.
Can I turn off RSVPs?
Yes. You can turn off the Digital Invitation and RSVP feature at any time from your event settings. Turning it off means the invitation page will no longer be visible to guests, but your gallery link remains active.
