GUESTPIX is a private QR code photo and video sharing platform that lets your guests upload and share every moment of your event in one beautiful online gallery, with no app download and no guest registration required. Whether you are setting up a wedding photo gallery, a birthday party gallery, a business event, a memorial, or a group vacation, the setup process takes just a few minutes and works the same way across every event type.
Here is the full setup journey in four steps:
- Purchase your package: and receive your welcome email including your onboarding link - this will direct you through to create your account. After completion of the onboarding, you will be directed through to your host dashboard area.
- Complete Set Up of Your Gallery: From your host dashboard area you can,
- Download your unique QR code and find your Magic Link to share with guests
- Access free editable Canva templates to get a head start on your event stationery. Print your Canva stationary either using a local commercial printer, at home or using Canva's printing services.
- Customize your gallery colors to match your event aesthetic (available on selected packages)
- Create albums to organize and segment your content (available on selected packages)
- Share your QR code or Magic link: Share with your guests before, on the day of your event and after it ends - so they can start uploading all their memories from the day.
- Download everything Once your event is done, download all your photos and videos in full resolution - ready to keep, print, or share.
