How Far in Advance Can I Set Up My GUESTPIX Gallery?

You can purchase and set up your GUESTPIX gallery as far in advance as you like - there’s no strict time limit. Both your upload and hosting window begins from your event date not your purchase date.

Many hosts choose to create their gallery weeks or even months before their event so everything is ready to go with their printed stationary. This also gives you plenty of time to customize your theme colors and fonts, add your albums, create your Canva designs (included in selected packages) and share your QR code or Magic Link guests ahead of time (especially if you would like to use the digital invitation & RSVP feature).

Your gallery will be set to LIVE status 2-weeks prior to your event date as some time to test out your QR code and your live gallery.
