How to Upload Photos to a GUESTPIX Gallery as a Guest?

You can get to the gallery in one of two ways: 

  • Scan the QR code displayed at the event using your phone's camera 
  • Tap or click the Magic Link sent to you by the host via text, email, or WhatsApp 

Both methods take you directly to the gallery in your phone's browser. 

Step 2 — Upload your photos or videos 

Once you are in the gallery: 

  1. Tap the upload button 
  2. Select the photos or videos you want to share from your camera roll or device storage 
  3. Wait for the upload to complete - you will see a confirmation once your content has been received 

You can upload multiple photos and videos at once. 

Step 3 - Add a guestbook message (optional) 

If the host has enabled the Guestbook feature, you can also leave a written message or record a short video message for the host. Look for the Guestbook or 'Leave a Message' option in the gallery. 

Tips for a successful upload 

  • Use Chrome, Safari, or Edge for the best experience. Avoid uploading through Facebook, Instagram, or Snapchat's in-built browser 
  • Make sure you have a good internet connection. If the venue WIFI is weak, you can upload from home after the event — your upload window stays open for months after the event date 
  • If your photos are stored in iCloud or Google Photos, wait a moment for them to sync to your device before selecting Add or the Blue Tick icon.
